There’s definitely some validity to this, but I’ve seen “low t” football players (all low t / low dht facial features and bone structures) that had insanely thick necks from having helmets on pretty often. High frequency training might help
If you don’t look like the patient on the left, you don’t need a Lefort 3 osteotomy and your problems can be corrected with other procedures. Lefort 3 is for people who are literally deformed, not just aesthetically unpleasant.
Title says it all. We’d use the Usual psl scale (1-8) but just updated with more analysis.
rn, I think a good way to “revamp” the rating system would be to start putting up pictures of each category:
few pics of PSL8 people
few pics of PSL7 people and so on.
