    Discussion How do you cope with existing?

    I have been coping for around 4-5 years now with coupious amounts of alcohol and cocaine. Literally getting piss drunk every weekend, then compensating with coke until I cant sleep for 2-3 days. Then I get such insane withdrawals I cant even move without feeling like I am getting a heart attack...

    I ate healthy for 2 weeks, Skin got a little better. I also tried NoFap, Bonesmash and Mewing. I dyed my eyebrows black because they look better like that and I also got a haircut, I started working my neck again too. I'm high T maxing tbh, trying to get and look as high t as possible naturally...

    Small looksmaxes?

    Its no secret that i am terrible at looksmaxing, but atleast I try to do some small things. I use castor oil for my eyebrows and I try to keep my skin clear. I need help tho, how do I get better skin and is there any other small looksmax I could do?
