Ive been only doing one eye to see if the eye exercises work, i got the answer i was looking for. My eyes are now assymetrically tilted. I will fix my right eye and keep doing these exercises to further correct my NCT.
I understand mewing should bring the chin forward. I have a recessed chin and was wondering, should i start bone smashing or get surgery or should i try and let mewing work? Would combined bonesmashing and then upswing make me look retarded or would they balance out?
