How can I improve from my round face ?

Improve the diet (more nutrient dense animal products (red meat, chicken, fish, eggs) easily digested carbs like rice and fruits, consume probiotic foods or beverages, high quality saturated fats like butter/ghee/refined coconut oil, drinkmineral water. Cut out inflammatory seed oils, grains, nuts and legumes) -> improve your thyroid function/metabolism -> improve steroidogenesis (resulting in higher testosterone / lower prolactin)

Also a sun-tanning practice helps to increase vitamin D, improve bone mineral density. A high quality mineral water (like Gerolsteiner) should supply calcium.
