I know it's over because of my facial features but is it true Hydrocortisone helps with round nose? And volufiline for lips?

I am also overweight

I think you can use some hylauronic acid for your forehead hyperpigmentation and also try and get your eyebrows done more for starters

Yes I think it’s the best product for it apart from kojic acid but I don’t like that that bleaches the skin.

Hydrocortisone might reduce the nose by 1mm or so, just lose weight first and see where you end up
