Currently eating in calorie deficit, looking into reputable reta sources to speed up the process (I might have to settle for semaglutide tho saj). Don't want to end up with saggy skin once I reach my target bf% (im obese asf) how can I counteract this, as well as reduce the appearance of stretchmarks.

Solution
Stay hydrated, get enough vitamins (especially C), healthy fats, and omega-3s which keeps your skin more elastic, and using tretinoin or hyaluronic acid can help fade stretch marks over time. Even if you end up using semaglutide, the same rules apply: lose weight consistently, don’t lose your diet, or your muscle, and treat your skin along the way. Also injecting college will aid massively

Solution
Just fill out your frame with muscle

Jergans makes a stretch mark lotion, I think it’s advertised for pregnant women but it works great. Stay consistent and use that daily. Also don’t try to lose the weight too quickly, the stretch marks/lose skin will be worse. Slow and steady wins the race.
