Masculinity maxxing - works but cucks you if your nd doesn’t work well unless your low inhib. No woman will approach a masculine looking guy. Though it does help with confidence to a degree. Other men may however view you as a target, as your both masculine and ND.
Dark triad maxxing - same thing as above in fact it makes you more intimidating if your wearing more intimating clothes, aviators, jackets that make your shoulders larger. Men may even see you as a potential threat. Overall pretty bad.
