Improving sleep (magnesium & potassium)

I was always someone who hated waking up in the morning, wanting to pull a patrick crusius the moment my eyes open up. Honest to god, magnesium and potassium fixed my sleep. Not only do I have better dreams and naturally wake earlier, but I can genuinely feel well rested on 6hrs now. I take around 600mg magnesium and the supplement has potassium as well, which not only helps sleep somehow (because magnesium glycinate alone didn't do it) but it also is useful for debloating, something I struggled with. Do reccomend. Any other tips for sleep? (Besides phenibut lmao)
 
The body needs nutrients to work in harmony, supplementing disrupts that. You can’t just isolate nutrients and say that you need that specific nutrient

while some may benefit from supplements its generally better to get it naturally
1. overdose and toxicity, not all of it gets pissed out some of it builds up in your organs. depends on if its fat or water soluble
2. worse absorption, sometimes significantly worse
generally not worth it

What naturally has magnesium? And yea I've overdosed on supplements lol, got seritonin syndrome from 5-htp and I felt closer to death than I did when I was overdosing on kratom lmao

This is true Omega 3 supplements are an aberration and vitamin d3 supplements are rat poison.

When I was like 10 for a couple months I was waking up in the middle of the night and staying up for like an hour each time not being able to go back to sleep. Right when I started taking magnesium I didn't wake up in the middle of the night once after that. Could be a coincidence or placebo, but I think it may genuinely work for some people

This is true Omega 3 supplements are an aberration and vitamin d3 supplements are rat poison.
Omega 3 supplements are often rancid because they are boiled while processing, which is worse for you than not getting any at all. Hence why it's better to get that from food sources.

Also the reason vitamin D3 was used as rat poison was because rats were about 1/300 the size of an adult human. Most poisons are dose dependent. The human dose of pretty much anything at that ratio would kill a rat, just as the elephant dose of anything would kill a human.

In my case every type of magnesium I've tried gives me the absolute worse shits I have ever had if I go over 50% of the recommended daily value in one dose every 8 hours, though I can mitigate this with probiotics and fiber.

Glycine and l-theanine help many people relax, but glycine can cause weird dreams.

Otherwise, white noise helps too.
