I've been mewing for about 6 or so months and I think I've seen a little improvement but not a huge amount. I know it takes longer than that, but I've found myself forgetting to do it when I'm not conciously thinking about it. Do you guys have any tips or methods that help you do it 24/7 everyday? How did you change it from something you do to your posture? Also, does anyone know what results inconsistent mewing would yield?
