So I started Mewing today (at 15) but I'm having complications. I know I'm supposed to have my whole tongue against the roof of my mouth (kinda hard for me to breathe through my nose, but I know it'll get easier for me eventually) but the part I'm concerned about is whenever I have my lips sealed and my tongue against the roof of my mouth my jaw automatically clenches kinda hard and im heard that I'm not supposed to do that.. I probably having my teeth not placed correctly I'm not sure but what is the correct posture to have my teeth when mewing ?

Your teeth are meant to lightly touch. Your teeth will wear down if you clench too hard.
