Notification Bell Issue.

Dear @admin, can you please fixate the notification's bell on the top right of the screen so that even if a user scrolls down, it is still there on the screen.

The reason for that is because whenever I get a notification/alert, I have to scroll all the way back up to click on the bell and it is very time consuming. I hope this issue can be fixed as soon as possible.

yeah I know, its due to the theme

ill try and find a fix for it but if its really bothering you then you can use the default theme
