Ok so im 18 thinking of taking ipamorelin cjc 1295-no dac and ghk-cu ive done my research also a palate expander for maxilla growth thoughts?

your maxilla can’t grow at 18 and a palate expander will only make your smile wider, width of the face is negligible considering how small of the amount it expands the sutures

Can I get an x-ray because idk if my plates are closed and if not I feel a palate expander will help because my face is narrow and I have a small mouth
