SHBG is exponentally rising on a meat and ketogenic diet.

What can we do regarding it, if we manage to decrease SHBG to an optimal range, then we can be high T for life, essentially. @Rei @Test @Ritalincel

DHT binds to SHBG so less shbg

Proviron has much stronger affinity to SHBG (about 4X that of DHT)

The Carnivore diet is the most optimal for one's hormones, couldn't care less about some charlatan's hubris.

Just eat everything and stop trying to fool yourself with 'muh keto, carnivore, vegan diet' jargon. The problem really isn't with meat, but it's about the additives in it. There were people much more robust than us who fed on meat before. Try involving raisins or other dry fruits rich in boron, cause it'll make your free T levels increase. If this isn't enough, then buy supplements, like magnesium to bring your T levels back to normal.
