Soreness in sub-mandible area after mewing

Hello, i've been experienced soreness right under the mandible after the full day of mewing, what is it, and am i doing something wrong ?? I feel the pain when i attempt to put slight pressure on palate with tongue, should i continue to mew the way i did ?

Your on the right track. The under jaw area is meant to tighten as it will improve your side profile. The soreness will go away soon.
