Do you train complex lifts like snatches and clean and jerk?

No , not yet may try later
I recommend that you add more technical movements if you stop seeing results with your current program.

and yeah if u are taking melatonin, don't cross 10mg
I use 3-6mg
I think my results are due to CNS exhaustion, but I don't know the in's and out's to be certain of it.

Do you recommend any brand of melatonin?
Don't take melatonin. You will likely build a tolerance and require more and more over time as the receptors downgrade.

Tryptophan and Magnesium L Threonate mog hard.
Reduces anxiety, antidepressant and helps you sleep
Make sure to take tryptophan in isolated form (so not from foods) and not with another protein.

Yes, but only Nowadays

A few years ago i did around 200 press ups just as an warmup

Plus 500-800 crunches, 100 squats and 300 dips

I was training up to 6 hours a day

Unfortunately i was getting heavy cardiac complications (from which i suffer to this day)

So i had to stop.

And yes, your frame is narrow and you height is relatively short

Ive saw your pics, your body looks horrificly teenish

Do you use weights in your workout?

I mostly did calisthenics back then

But also weights

Although, i believe that the typical 8-12 reps is a meme

Humans are either made for maximum strength/speed or maximum stamina

I did mostly ultra fast reps, high reps

And sometimes low reps but with maximum weight

But never did that obligatory 8-12 reps moderate weight meme routine

Its pretty much pointless, it just fills your muscles with sarcosplasmic fluid and blood

It doesnt grow new myofibrillars, neither it enhances neuro muscular speed or stamina

Its just good for bodybuilding, but thats it

Why'd you crop out my body and photoshop my pics?

Cuz you need to learn, that with this face THERES NO f*****g WAY TO EVER BE A MOGGER

You need every kind of eye surgery ASAP

Followed by a drastic hairline lowering and a nosejob

I would be pissed if I were to irreversibly f**k up my body over a simple workout like that. Why would you waste all the time doing such a low intensity high volume workout?

Also JFL at doing crunches.

Although, i believe that the typical 8-12 reps is a meme

8-12 is mainly a meme but should be completed secondarily as a way to increase mass in order to lift heavier.

You can train for power and strength at the same time if you have good form. Just go fast on concentric movements and slow and controlled on eccentric movements.

Humans are either made for maximum strength/speed or maximum stamina

This clearly isn't true and is the reason why you have heart problems. If it was true then, for example, humans would be able to use 100% muscle recruitment which is blatantly not true.

Humans can use 100% muscle recruitment, its just very rare, especially in nowadays.

our body is still adjusted to use 100% muscle capacity in a very dangerous situation.

Thats why some people report that they were able to lift their car when they were endangered

its observed that the typical mediocre 8-12 rep meme doesnt really provide much strength or neuromuscular improvement.

Physical tasks usually involve slow twitch muscle activation like on a high rep low weight routine

And very rarely they involve fast twitch activation

Functional wise, 8-12 is completely retarded

When i trained, i trained for boxing, not to build my body.

For me it was mostly stamina/speed training and sometimes maximum strength training

here’s a teaser until then.

Sloped and thin humerushead and narrow frame

Generally low set shoulders, no square shoulders

Muscle insertion are solid

Legs have a nice definition

Although your legs arent really long

Your upper body and head is longer than your inseam

My inseam is signifcantly much longer than my torso and head, my wingspan is also much longer relative to my body
