brutal hard to swallow pills:

- overeating + frequent meals + high carb meals = increased leptin -> increased FSH/LH
- frequent insulin releases = lower SHBG -> increased free T
- inflammation = lower albumin -> increased free T

might as well just eat sugar and take a multivitamin, at least then youll get some more glucose and youll actually enjoy your food

You can get away with some sugar but it's just empty cals i prefer sweetners tbh. Multi is cope and you actually need some antioxidants

you need way less antioxidants than you probably would thin to take, theyre fucking cope

and you get them all from just eating some chicken. Cysteine, Taurine, Glutathione, Methionine, etc.

i agree most multis have retarded cheap forms of the vitamins and minerals which are poorly absorbed and you often need combos of different vitamins and minerals for proper absorbtion that you better get from food sources, but the vitamin content of fruits is just an excuse to eat something sweet which most people are addicted to

fruits are just as much empty calories as pure white sugar
