Update on cooking oil

So I made a thread yesterday or a two days ago on cooking oil and the benefits for taking it . So far, I’ve done it once, but it was completely accidental.

So anyways, I was looking for sauce to put on eggs, and I grabbed this one hot sauce I remember liking. I start putting it on my eggs, then realized I was just straight oil, and my parents had been storing the oil in it. I’ll be trying the actual shots of oil in the future

I used olive oil, but I think canola/olive works. Also butter as well

sprinkle some black pepper on top for better taste

The best cooking oil are ghee, butter, beef tallow, lard and duck/goose fat. Olive oil should'nt be used for cooking imo. All the other vegetable oils should be used for haircare and skincare, but canola oil and sunflower oil should be avoided
