Wrist Thickening/Strengthening

I have a heavy punching bag and some decent gloves. I go two days on one day off of throwing about 300-500 punches and take lots of calcium/eat well. Can this help me perform osteotomy (new bone formation) thickening my wrists? I am 15.5 years old as well, but my hand growth plates have closed according to the doctors.
 
  • Dumbbell Wrist Curls
  • Pull ups but holding on a towel.
  • Squeezing newspaper balls as a form of isometric workout
