Breakfast: Coffee, Greek yogurt with honey, grapes and raspberries
Lunch: Eggs, cheese, avocado, grapes, dark chocolate
Dinner is a huge steak and asparagus with parmesan
For fitness I ran 20min and some ab exercises
Breakfast - half an avocado, two booked eggs, strawberries and grapes
Post workout snack / lunch - Black coffee and two dates. Also had a carrot
Dinner will be 200g minner beef 200g Potatoes and butter
For fitness i ran 10 minutes followed by leg dayyyy
Breakfast was a mocha latte, super unhealthy but I had it instead of and not in addition to breakfast. I rarely eat or drink anything unhealthy but allow it if I go out to eat, as long as it fits into my daily calorie goal.

Good point and might have to try listening to something like that! When you start looking good as f**k but grew up ugly the confidence doesn't match the appearance lol
What´s your best tips regarding confidence? I've become more confident as my looks have improved but it's still not perfect.
Best tip I tried that actually works is having an open/extroverted body language which tricks your mind into feeling more confident. Don't cross arms/legs, shoulders...
My gym is closed for the easter so I went for a 25min run outside + a YouTube ab workout today for fitness. Usually don't do much ab exercises so this kind of killed me. Addicted to the gym, can't wait until it opens. But this guy has pretty good fitness advice, I've followed some of his gym...
Depending on your age I’d go with a retinoid and definitely an exfoliant like @letsgoboys mentioned. The cell turnover will help even your complexion and prevent wrinkles, pigmentation, acne etc
