idk ive had them for four years, my teeth used to be all over the place and my jaw was too small for all my teeth so i had horrendous overcroding so i had four adult teeth removed
i also had a stubborn 12mm overbite which is now a 5mm overbite and i recently have been given elastics so im in the final stages
i will be given retainers after tho

it did pay off tho, based off the pics i've seen
yh your overbite is barely noticeable anymore, elastics will prolly do the finishing touch
retainers 24/7 or only for night?

24/7 for about a yeah and then nightly for prolly the rest of my life, my teeth are genuinely horrific (not the hygiene just the layout) its cos my teeth r stubborn n dont move well as they are very long rooted plus the fact that my jaw is too small for them, both bottom and top like even my milkteeth were bad as they didnt fall out naturally, i had to get them removed
