I'm not gonna bonesmash dw, I just take supplements for bone growth and try to improve my daily habits. Nothing extreme :)

I feel like aslong as I don't get on the super dark side of this forum it's fine. I respect your opinion but I will still be here because looks matter a lot. I've picked up football for excersise and have increased my calories to 2000 to not miss out on bone/height gains, this forum has overrall improved my life

they do matter a lot, but look from what i've seen most of the dudes on these forums aren't even bad looking half of the time, your better off forgetting about this stuff and trying to be a normal teenage

Will go NT once I grow 3 more inches to be 6'1 and gain more facial bone mass so I can do a regular caloric deficit without missing out on essential height/bone mass gains

bone growth and height are mostly genes, you can't alter them significantly unless you use certain compounds and hormones and you probably can't afford those till your older and they won't be as effective by then

I discovered looksmaxxing when I was 8 in like 2017 which is kinda crazy bc it wasn’t popular at all but I didn’t go crazy thankfully. looksmaxxing changed my life forever and for the better tbh but all this new shit is jus brainrot
