Guys WTF. This is the ideal time for him to develop a good eating plan. You need to eat lots of meat, some fruits, milk if you can get it, organs, bone marrow, fish and eggs. While you might not be ready to be rated, we should at least give advice

Yeah, thos is prime time to implement healthy growth. Eat natural diet, focus on sleep, good habits, posture, sunlight.
 
You are too young, but for now, eat healthy, do some sports, and maintain a good lifestyle.

You are right, but he needs to be physically active along with that; for example, sprinting significantly increases HGH levels.
It’s a temporary boost, won’t do much, I think sprinting for small distances and walking are fine as well, not necessarily sports though

Yes, naturally, we would occasionally sprint, and very frequently walk long distances, so those would be some of the best ways of staying in shape. Honestly, some sports and competition is a good thing.
