Jaw is most definitely a priority. You can do some softmaxxing as a start by washing your face twice a day and doing face massages that create more of a slim face and better jawline w gua sha. Anything else I am not insanely educated about.

One other thing I can recommend is debloating in the morning. Cut sugar and high amounts of sodium. Anything 300+ sodium I don't buy. It may not be the best possible thing but it is beneficial. Drink lots of water and eat potassium rich foods.
