i feel like my body is shutting down i dont know whats wrong my head hurts my arm hurts i feel dizzy even when i lay down and my blood pressure is 90 over 50 which i think is bad but im not allowed to get help cuz my parents say im fine and they always think im overreacting but i know something isnt right i feel weak and everything is spinning and i dont know what to do i just want someone to take me seriously and help me before it gets worse i dont want to feel like this anymore i just want to be okay but i cant do anything on my own and its scary af I just need help

Ive had like 3 glasses of milk and 4 mozzarella sticks today yesterday I had 4 peices of dark chocolate and a chicken sandwich and day before that I had eggs with breakfast sasauge

My dad makes near 6 figures a year he can pay a hospital bill plus I'm on good insurance
