Serious A while ago i heard a voice in my head and now i feel my mental state going bad again and hes trying to talk

1 And a half to 2 months ago I first heard the voice he said his name was martin when he spoke to me my head went clear like that feeling when youre fully drunk but slightly fuzzier he told me to stay calm and that he would clear my head he kept talking to me for around 1 to 2 weeks after that until I blocked him out and told my parents about him he wasnt a voice in my ears but inside my head that I didnt fully control just a minute ago I was spiraling and he tried talking and I blocked him out completely.

I said 'probably' because I feel like that's his job, ha-satan to be the adversary. That's why these voices and stuff always pop up when things take a negative turn.
