I think it's hormonal imbalances, from what Aajonus described in his experience with raw meat eating tribes in the Philippines, he said they were not very lustful but still had high libido.

They haven't experienced sex yet so they imaginating fantasies and think women are like in porn movies and men are like in porn or pornbooks
