Same as pnuemos thread on .org except I dont have to do any sped shit it comes in a mouth gaurd and u just put it on. Going to do it a couple times before school.

It was a complete failure. What had happened was I had found them in the back of my fridge unused presumably from my parents and decided to just yoink the whole box. Turns out there fucking 4 years expired. I put them on and the gel was all hard and brittle. IG they expire bc the hydrogen peroxide has a half life. Any who, I am just going to purchase some hydrogen peroxide strips tomorrow . Lmk if u want tags ill prob right a thread on how it goes.
