In a bp video by someone named Goatis, there us a side by side of two placentas. Vegan placenta (on the left) was rough, with uniform calcification. This means that the baby on the left most likely did not get enough nutrients, oxygen, and prenatal hormones. The placenta on the right is the placenta of a women who ate an animal based, meat diet. It is a relatively healthy color and healthy to the touch. The color is supposed to indicate successful passage of nutrients. Most of a child's development is set up in the womb. You can be as healthy as you want, but as an adult you can never change form.

What do you think?

Accurate
Being vegan/vegetarian also generally lacks calories though, didnt fit in the documentary since a minority of women are vegan/vegetarian
