People won't want to be/remain friends with you due to fear of opinion from others, comments off of literal strangers about appearance or just insulting you, if anyone shows attraction or romantic intrest in you they'll be made fun of for it, low self confidence, strangers won't talk to you in public, people are alot less polite and have less respect. One time I remember a guy turning around in class (the class was quiet) and asking why my skin was so red, I don't think that'd have happened if I was good looking with acne.
