Pretty difficult to say what kind of glow-up tips i can suggest because you are already a HTN potential on these pics. Idk if you have a make-up base on these photos but you should try different make-up and see, alongside keeping the long hair brunette and trying to add volume, slight curls or a messy bun ?

On the 2nd pic you give vibes from that tiktok girl called "grace tutty" you should check her outfits and see what you like

Lose facial bloating and groom your eyebrows using this guide, they are too far apart. Take a pencil and line it up with the end of your nostril and that’s where your eyebrow should start. Put the pencil at the side of your nose at a 45° angle and that’s where your eyebrow should end.

You look good! You kinda have a "girl next door" sort of look. Wavy or soft curls would look good, and definitely grow your hair out. Get a haircut that adds more volume at the top since it looks flat then expands at the bottom. Some curtain bangs would look great on you. Would shorten the ends of your eyebrows so that they don't go past your eyes, would also bring the front of the eyebrows closer together. Would use some lip plumper on your bottom lip but overall great shape and size. Good nose shape. Eyes are great with the lashes and striking blue iris, would recommend either marilyn monroe style eye makeup or straight liner.
