Serious Alexa and Weather App lying about the weather

When I ask my Alexa will it rain tomorrow it says no rain is expected tomorrow
When I look at my phone and check the weather app "cloudy skies"
When I wake up I do the same and see the same
Then I walk outside and im wet
I could use my eyes but I trust technology more

this never use to happen before
