Many biohacking guys also say take b vitamin complex and whey but if you do high red meat diet this is unnecessary

The omega 3 is unnecessary too tbh but definitely take alpha and megadose creatine

Holy mirin stack
I probably wouldnt need any because of my diet, good option for extra performance though

Also... isn't a diet high in red meat very unhealthy??
No it's good, high in micronutrients and protein + other good stuff like your carnitine, creatine, gut health aid etc.

Biggest things to worry about if you are dieting for health is portion control, micro managing little things ( what oil do you use to cook, source of your ingredients etc. ) and how your body responds
