Am I cooked (36 M)

How would my features rate approximately? I have a full hairline (Norwood 1) with full unchanged density (no thinning). I'm currently taking ozempic to drop another 35 lbs to get rid of the puffiness in my face.
I'm 6'0" exactly and a 32" waist. I should be approximately a 28" waist in the next three months or so when I achieve my target weight.
I do have training in both hairdressing and makeup from my younger years, so airbrushing foundation and applying concealer with highlights and contours to sharpen my round features is always possible it those appear to be problematic. I currently work as a construction manager, but I primarily engage with various stakeholders--I'm not entirely sure how screwed I am, but I'm personally seeing sub5.
Hopefully I can get some feedback and advice on what to do.

I know... I did a lot of welding and heavy industrial work for years which has been cruel to me, and clearly showing...
