What's it like living in Russia?
Moscow - very comfortable, low crime rate, a lot of cheap services (but expensive goods) (west is the opposite, expensive services and cheap goods)

Regions - most are very poor and quality of life is shit

Would you rather spend 8 hours studying differential equations or spend 8 hours studying the laws of thermodynamics?

Agreed, Russia is the ireland of europe tbh
I'm not sure what I'd say

Maybe mongolia (as asian equivalent) or canada (outside equivalent) because its large but a lot of it is uninhabited

Canada is obviously closer in size but much less historically relevant and not close in reputation
