In the past it seemed incels viewed themselves as societal black sheep so to say, as people excluded from society and their desires in life, as an excluded minority. But now it seems that incels view themselves as not an excluded and oppressed and excluded minority but a majority underclass.

In short, incels view normies as more similar to them than chads, but in the past incels viewed normies as more similar to chads than they were to incels.

I feel like you can see this in how instead of focusing on trucels the blackpill community focuses more on PSL gods now, as they are truly exceptional compared to normies and incels, which are one in the same. It also matches up with the increasingly stratified dating economy where standards rise every year and a very significant portion of men find themselves as incels, whereas a decade ago incels were quite rare. As inceldom expands, normies and incels become one in the same.
