Concept
Taking animal bone and shaping it to fit the human body and implanting it in the human body.

Some animals have thicker and more dense bones than humans seal, walrus, penguins, tigers, elephants, rhinos, bears etc

This could fix small frames , wrist , jaw the bones will be stronger and bigger than any human

Imagine taking the ribcage of a tiger and shaping it into a human shape and implanting it into a human body no one can compete

 Seal
The animal that should really be used are seals because they have strong bones and large bones so it's better than any other option you can take a seal bone and make into a human spine

Tiger
Same with tigers you can take a tiger jaw bone and make it into a human jaw bone this should fix all fillers

I can also see this being useful for small wrist even though it's not huge problem most people don't like it will make you look low t if you don't lift but if you lift it's alright doesn't look to bad actually makes arms and forearms look bigger example:

More than LL it would be easier to just implanting and larger bone than to break and stretch right?

No, distraction osteogenesis is a better surgery because it literally just creates new bone + implanting bone requires new nerves, soft tissue, etc. Although bone non union and nerve seperation may happen it's better to go through D.O than bone implants. Also the new bone is your own. I'd also like to include the fact that bone marrow plays a role as if you're of mixed ancestry especially, yes the bone will be rejected from your body.

In some wild hypothesis, this could be applied. But never substitute a whole fucking bone. And a synthetic implant would result in a similar outcome.
