If we did allow users to vote, it would probably be based off of join date + post/rep count, not solely rep count or post count. I genuinely have spent time trying to prevent users from artificially increasing those numbers and users have shown me they won't stop so they're both meaningless metrics, and the join date is meaningless by itself because users will compromise older accounts. Alts are a problem on the site too, so the best solution is to not make the poll public at all in my opinion.
