Anti inflammatory diet

Would starting a long term anti inflammatory diet be good for me ?
I have a few health issues that deter me, like a sodium deficiency and orthostatic hypotension which means my blood pressure can get very low with too much movement however I also have a heart issue and think it might help me a bit
 
Gut health, weight management and lowers risk of a ton of diseases
Epidemiologic studies
Doesnt consider many factors of the types of meat and sources
Why would it help with weight management? its calories in calories out. eat less fatty meat if its an issue
It doesnt make gut health worse at all
Maybe if cooked? still red meat is good

I don't even eat fatty meat, only lean. I didn't do like alot of research into the meat part just heard shit about it and did minimal research

Fatty meat is ideal , wasnt sure which you were doing

red meat carries more micronutrients that you need tho, also fatty meat is great like whitepill said. those are the healthy fats we all need. it helps with our hormones and our satiety. the biggest problem we face today is lack of micronutrients in our diets which makes us overeat on ultra processed junk that are drenched in man made oils and man made sugars that cause the inflammation and weight gain.

But then since obesity is also a health risk they lower the nutrient and calorie levels to attempt to solve that issue
but then people end up underdeveloped
or people end up underdevleoped and fat if they dont consume any good nutrients

this is why i’ve changed my mind on telling fat people “calories in calories out” (obviously that will cause weight loss yeah) because then they’ll just eat shit on a calorie deficit when they should be focused on nutritious food rather than trying to fit in as much shit as they can. not only will they still be hungry bc they aren’t getting the proper nutrients but they’ll have even MORE fucked hormones. being obese already fucks them up. very brutal.
