Anti nutrients aren’t even bad

i heard someone say not eating vegetables because of anti nutrients is like denying a paycheque because of taxes and its so true
Cooking vegetables does get rid of the anti nutrients but u won’t also get the bioavailable nutrients of vegetables too
 
Useful as well
Just don’t be vegan or deficient and you are set
anyways what are anti nutrients like granola bars or sumting

Soy protein is bioavailable enough.You can consume grains aswell.50 gr protein is enough for functioning.

Meat is unhealthy raises heart attack chances high fat will block your arteries.
 
Not true even a grassfed meat can have high fat content.
obviously bro, im talking about the chance of heart diseases, just pick a good meat that doesnt have a lot of fat
 
Imagine consuming dead flesh.Fruits and veggies are bright colored for a reason better to spot.
the "dead flesh" is a part of the human diet, and yea we also need fruits and vegetables
