i think the issue is with being in your head
confident ppl dont need to question whether they should enter conversation or not bc they dont have anxiety with it

Anxietycels can't switch that off instantly tho so they kinda just have to learn to say fuck it and do it anyway

damn its actually so hard removing anxiety
not being in the right comfort zone does a lot on ur creative ability and conversation skills
any mistake and u could stutter or lose ur train of thought
but i genuinely think that anybody could be good at having a good conversation improvisationally
as long as they r not in their heads
unless if they r really autistic or something
