Id honestly say diet is not cope diet is litrlaly what you will look like but consultation of orthodinst and surgeon is probably realsticlaly the only way if it's severe enough to warrent this thread

This is only for the mandible, chewing anywhere else is cope for "maxillary growth" but you can still chew on things other than "raw primal" You can eat it cooked.

Like I said if I remember correctly, I can't get peptides. I can't get MSE because my upper jaw still goes forward......however my entire maxilla is recessed asides yk near the teeth. It's complicated and I think me being recessed is just caused from genetics bc both my parents have flat ass maxillas. I heard squinting helps for eye area but I'm pretty sure theres a negative after doing it but i forgot what. thanks for your help though.
