Any advice on how to get rid of these razor bumps

stop using non electric razors firstly. In order to get rid of them Ive heard that letting a hot towel rest on your face for 5 minutes and then exfoliating and using a cold compress on your face for ten minutes reduces inflammation. But there is a risk that a pore but get infected because of the dilation that occurs when you let the hot towel sit on your face, AND exfoliate on top of that. So make sure your face is clean before doing anything at all.
 
I think a foil shaver works for that not 100 percent sure though
