i personally dont think u can without really big changes to ur life or years of trying
if she cant talk to people it is probably high inhib or censoring her thoughts
theres a test I remember that can help: look at random objects in ur room for a minute. everytime u see an object, say in ur head what the previous object was and keep doing that until the minute is up
and then look at objects in her room and for every object, she should just say whatever the object is not.
if she struggles with the second option more than the first she is def overcensoring and judging her thoughts
