Any way to get rid of acne?

Without changin my diet? When I'm fuckin locked on that shi its easy, no acne, glass skin or whatever you n*****s call it, but then a couple sweets and my ass looks like a damn Little Caesaers Pepporoni Pizza! Any skincare stuff I can do?

Less is more with skin care. I've noticed my skin is way better when I use cold water. Drink water (this is the most overused tip but it's fucking true)

I do have flaky skin, I guess water would help with that. In my case, anyway. The lack of water otherwise has no impact on me .
