anyone else feel empty

the only emotions i’ve really been feeling as of recent is usually boredom/understimulated and contempt or some form of it and i am becoming increasingly worried, i’ve been avoiding bringing this up to my therapist in worrying that i might sound ‘corny” and moreso the hope that this will pass over but i’ve felt like this for about a couple months now
 
There’s no failure in life, it’s just steps to success. Even if you do “waste” that tuition money, it’ll force you to be a better person and work hard.
real but I genuinely can't mess this up, don't want to end up unemployed in the future 😭

Dude same but It’s prob cuz my exams are coming up, but I think whenever I’m productive it goes away.

It's due to the cold weather and lesser sunlight. It'll ease up a little if you expose yourself to the sun for a while everyday.
