anyone else get really mad when a girl says she has a boyfriend?

Not really, it means she is a loyal girl so... i respect that
I rather be straight up being rejected because she has a boyfriend she genuinely loves and consider as her top one & only option than entertaining a woman who had a bf but didn't tell me because she liked the attention, the validation etc
Of course there are exceptions like they lie to reject you politely but tbh it's their loss if they can't see the potential you have as a man
Or is lying because you are not htn+
Yeah it can happens. It's her loss anyways if she fail to see your potential anyways, you can't do nothing about it, only accept & forget
