anyone got sleeping tips

use blue light blocking glasses 2-3 hours before bedtime
 
sleeping in a dark room is underrated, I know it sounds like water, but I mean completely dark, turn off your desk top if you leave that shit on, your TV all that, and even if a light outside your beedroom is on and like shining through the crack in your door, literally the slightest amount of light disturbs your sleep, its hard for me to fall asleep easily but that always help
 
Blue light glasses sound like a scam, just turn off all your screens an hour before sleeping
They aren't a scam, they made a huge difference for me, like extremely severe and noticable, I wasn't able to sleep for a year even with melatonin and then blue light glasses fixed it. Some of them might be fake though.

Turning off your screens an hour before sleeping isn't feasable for a lot of people, a lot of us are addicted to our devices

Perhaps, I'm a victim of being addicted to the forum and my phone a bit icl but it's still something I would recommend.
