I wouldn't say lustful, but most men have far less standards for dating than women. Also sex is important and an important part of attraction.
As for an example, i'm in a LTR, and while doing my boyfriend job and treat her like a queen, i still want to make love to her on a regular basis.

Also keep in mind that the dating market is shit nowadays so a lot of men just consider women as a ONS only and don't want to deal with either their standards (they let them smash anyways) or their delusional requests (paying their bills while calling broke, or them acting like they're single (in a LTR))
