Will depends of the girl AND how much she wanted the guy.

If you're like the 1st guy she always ever wanted yeah she's gonna brag about it, but not that much. Women are possessive freaks, sometimes they will not speak about him and keep privacy. Because some of them know it could create envy & jealousy, especially in the moden state of dating.

If you aren't the guy she wanted first but settle down with you, she could also not talk about you, or only to shit on you and mocking you. It will happens more often since women now are more active in dating multiple men but will lose the pairbond effect overtime, meaning no guys will satisfy her fully, even if you're the perfect human.

to be fair throughout history it is a fact that wives were sometimes talked about as if they were accessories. thats why we have the term "objectification" and how its mostly associated with women. its known that women are made to seem like objects throughout history, and im not trying to be biased.

on another note, i cant really argue against rarely seeing men talk about their wives in that way, because its true i dont hear it. but i also rarely hear women talking about their husbands. i usually see objectification on both sides more with boyfriends/girlfriends. i think women may talk about their boyfriends as if theyre just there to spend money, and i see men talk about their girlfriends as if only their body and looks matter. think of certain singers who do this as well, thats a good example.
