You need a good face to hold it up, i think it would be a good choice if you have strong cheekbones jawline ect. This hairstyle only suits if you havea face that can support itself

because contrast is attractive: thats why you see a lot of people liking prettyboys, because their pretty-ness contrasts with their manliness. same thing with a hyperfeminine girl with a masculine haircut(not exactly masculine but u know what i mean)

i think pixie cut for girl is lowkey like the buzz cut for guys. if you have good features for both genders, if you get a buzz/pixie cut you will mog/fog because the hairstyle accentuates your features and also is a very unique hairstyle. on the other hand, if you have dogshit features youre gonna look dogshit.

i recently got one and it makes me look like a little boy but im sure if youre feminine and defined enough you could pull it off. i think it works better with shorter faces

depending on your features, it could probably enhance a lot of features more than longer hair does. a safe bet is probably to go shoulder length with layers maybe? to feel it out. regardless, i think if it doesn't complement your features well and you still want it, definitely get into styling it in different ways to play around with it until you're happy with it
